When we were considering solar power we hoped that we could find a local company that could provide a robust system that would be simple to operate, cost effective and environmentally sound. Based on our actual experience since the installation, I know we made the right selection. Your response to our enquiry was prompt and professional and your onsite survey and analysis of our appliance usage, pool heating needs and historic usage showed there were clear economic reasons to go ahead as soon as possible. The government subsidy was also a great incentive, it made it much easier for us that you dealt directly with the necessary companies to reclaim the subsidy too. We wanted a one stop, no hassle supplier who would take both pre and post installation responsibility. We were very impressed that you completed your own installation with Peter and his team, who completed the job in 1 day with minimum inconvenience to us. The rooftop solar panels are less intrusive than we anticipated and the Sungrow inverter you recommended is neat and easy to understand, even for a non tech person like me! Since the installation we have been monitoring the output performance of the installation on our iPhone using the Sungrow app which shows, real-time, our hourly, daily, monthly and year to date power output. The information is excellent and I am pleased to say the results are better than expected.
